Personal, the mobile operator based in Paraguay has introduced a pay-TV service through satellite technology, DTH.   The basic package includes 101 channels including 10 HD channels. The company also offers a package of 117 channels through an agreement with local operator TuVes. In the prepaid scheme, users will be able to acquire daily, weekly and monthly packages.

Personal Paraguay is controlled by the Argentine incumbent Telecom Argentina.
